After a successful pilot year in 2025, Åland Open returns in 2026 with an even stronger and more refined international concept for junior disc golf.
 

From July 27 to August 1, young players from around the world will gather on Åland for a full week combining training, competition, side events and international community. The week begins with the Åland Open Junior Camp, featuring clinics, workshops, practice sessions and activities together with experienced coaches, professional players and guest speakers.

Later in the week, the Åland Open tournament begins, bringing together qualified players and camp participants in a professional international competition environment. The event continues to focus on junior development, player experience and creating one of the most unique disc golf weeks in Europe.

The preliminary program includes:
• Junior Camp activities and coaching
• Side events and evening activities
• Practice rounds and competitions
• International guest coaches
• Åland Open tournament round.
